The Center serves both professionals and parents who are searching for knowledge on electronic screen addiction, providing education on what too much technology does to the brain, how to determine if digital use is a problem, and practical techniques for addressing issues and achieving screen/life balance.
If the use of digital technology is keeping you, those you love, or those you serve from having healthy connections, relationships, and balance, our courses can be your first step on the road to wellness.
